Understand the user

The first step is to research the user and how they will use your product. During the user phase, I will be conducting interviews to deeply understand your user and how they interact with your website.

Specify user

With the understanding of your user, I can start defining the goal and journey to begin mapping a website structure that will engage your audience into buying your product or services. This will give us a clear idea of the website's structure.

Create design solutions

This is the time when I put all the information I have compiled into a compelling design. The design will have two steps;
- Wireframe - a low fidelity design to understand the structure of each page.
-UI Design - where I create the interface of each page and make it look good.

Iterate

I will then develop a high-fidelity prototype that can be used to test the design with a real user qualitatively, so we make the user understand the website and is engaged all the way to the end result.
