The Challenge
Teaming up with Credible Account, I was challenged to create a platform that not only showcased the brand but also engaged its audience in a unique, one-of-a-kind way—setting out to provide a digital experience that was all things Credible Account while connecting meaningfully with customers. With this goal always top of mind, I worked to craft a platform that not only met functional requirements but also successfully reflected brand values and the Credible Account vision.
The Solution
In performing this work, I zeroed in on key elements that sought to achieve Credible Account website objectives including:
Brand Storytelling: Working closely with the marketing team to live and breathe the brand narrative/principles, I translated these into a visual language primed to resonate with the target audience.
User Experience: I looked to create an intuitive, user-friendly experience that offered the benefit of simple navigation and interactive features to boost engagement.
Content Strategy: A comprehensive content strategy designed to feed valuable insights and resources to customers sought to position the company as an industry thought leader.
Technical Excellence: A dependable (and scalable!) technology stack for the platform was implemented in lockstep with best security/compliance practices to protect sensitive data.
The Result
In managing UX/UI design, Webflow development, and SEO for Credible Account, I successfully transformed the brand vision into a user-friendly website while prioritizing a seamless user experience and optimizing the site for technical SEO. The end solution—focused on brand storytelling—demanded I work in close collaboration with the marketing team to translate the Credible Account narrative into a visual language primed to best resonate with the target audience. The intuitive and interactive experience I designed, meanwhile, enhanced engagement and helped Credible Account gain traction as an industry leader via a dedicated content strategy. Finally, the implementation of a reliable technology stack adhered to security best practices and thus safeguarded sensitive data.
